WAS PERMISSION FOR OPEN PRISON EXTENDED?

Was permission for open prison extended? Lots of our citizens await whether permission for open prison is going to be extended or not impatiently. This topic is taken stock of during cabinet meeting. It is argued by President of Republic Erdoğan of which under the presidency when covid permission of open prison is about to end.

NUNCUPATION ABOUT PERMISSON OF OPEN PRISON

Recognizedly, thousands of prisoners who are in open prisons are sent to their homes to reduce body in 15th of April which is at the very beginning of pandemic as they are permitted. After that permissions of open prison extended for 9 times thus far. At the cabinet meeting done, it is decided that permission of open prison is not going to be extended. Lastly, permissions of open prison is going to end on 30th of November and thousands of prisoners who are not out of the sentence term are going to return to prison. Prisoners who are out of the sentence term by 30th of November is are not going to return to prison.

PRISONERS WHO DO NOT RETURN FROM PERMISSION OF OPEN PRISON ARE CASTED AS JAILBREAKER

Prisoners who do not return to prison from permission of open prison are going to be casted as jailbreaker. Also, prisoners who do not return to prison are ruled by warrant.

MUST WHILE RETURN TO OPEN PRISON

Announcement about returning prison of prisoners has been made by General Directorate of Prisons And Detention Houses.

Prisoners who are going to return from COVID-19 permission;

-People who are not vaccinated should be vaccinated as soon as possible according to vaccination Schedule of Health Department,

-Before they return to prison, prisoners should be isolated and impenetrable for last 14 days,

-48 hours before entrance of prison, prisoners should take PCR tests,

-While their entrance to the prison, obeying rules of distance, hygiene and carrying HES codes around them is emphasized in a vital way.
